Stay on Lumina while getting to know someone. Never send money, gift cards, passwords or verification codes. Treat investment offers, emergencies requiring money and pressure to move off-platform as warning signs.

Before meeting, consider a live video conversation. Meet in a public place, arrange your own transport and tell someone you trust where you will be. Use block and report on a member’s profile if you see impersonation, underage use or threatening behaviour.

Lumina uses email verification, membership review, photo moderation and abuse limits. These reduce risk; they cannot guarantee that every account is authentic. Manual age review is required before participation; automated identity verification is not yet connected.
